The kite used to be at the front, now it is on top. Why? Because, with a kite at the very "nose" of the ship, we can only go downwind, pulled down with the wind. With the kite anchored at the center, it is possible to go upwind, decide where we want to go much more accurately.
The design you are seeing here has been made in collaboration with Gianluca Giabardo, an amazing wholehearted product designer (including liferaft) and lifesaver from Italy working in Paris now.
We are approching the final overall shape, now we are working more in the detail : assembly process, materials, mecanics, we are getting lots of specialists to proof-read. Please feedback on this design, tell us what you thin should be changed :
