We have just applied to this competition to develop the Energy_Animal with AV Festival in partnership with Inspire Northumberland and NaREC, the centre of excellence for new and renewable energy technologies in North East England.

And now we keep our fingers crossed, because we really wanr to do this.
The aim of the residency is to provide an opportunity for an artist to carry out new research and share ideas in response to the key areas of sustainable energy technology undertaken by NaREC. The residency aims to provide a vibrant environment for an artist to research the relationship between energy, technology and innovation, and enable all the project partners to look at renewable energy technology in a new way.
