OK, thank you for allowing me to work on this. I think it has tremendous potential. I even saw an article last week where a company is working on a design for a "Waterscraper" building, like a skyscraper ( a high-rise building) on land, but built inverted into the ocean. The structure they're proposing is the size of the Empire State building in NY, but inverted in to the water. They mention conceptual designs using all possible means of generating electricity, just like Open Sailing. I think there may be some room for mutually beneficial collaboration. I found another video on Youtube where Jaque Fresco had conceptual designs decades ago along this same line but on a far lager scale the one in the article above. See the link below. Here's something else that may be very useful. If you haven't yet considered it, you will need some thermal insulation for the vessel to insulate you from the temperature of the sea water and from the ambient temperatures. Here's a proven product used by NASA and many other industries, including some clothing, that should be considered for its properties. Look at the video in the link below about "aerogel". There are many other links on the website that may not depict the most current state of the art in this product development.

I know a company based in Florida that has bonded aerogel to an incredibly thin and amazingly proficient sound absorbing sheeting. An 0.125 inch layer of the sound absorbing sheeting is as affective as an 8-inch thick cinder block wall. A fantastic combination that would be useful in separating noises while insulating without adding bulk and weight.
